K\u0131z\u0131lelma, T\u00fcrklerin yasad\u0131klar\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye g\u00f6re bati y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bazen bir belde, bazen de bir \u00fclkedeki taht veya mabet \u00fczerinde par\u0131ldayan veya cihan hakimiyetini temsil eden som alt\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f k\u0131z\u0131l renkli alt\u0131n bir yuvarlak yahut top olarak tahayy\u00fcl edilmektedir.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu alt\u0131n top bazen zaferin i\u015fareti, bazen hakimiyetin sembol\u00fc, bazen de fethedilmek \u00fczere hedef se\u00e7ilen yerin sembol\u00fc olarak ifade olunmu\u015ftur.&nbsp; T\u00fcrklerde \u00e7ok eski inan\u00e7 ve t\u00f6reye dayanan K\u0131z\u0131lelma, T\u00fcrkistan sahas\u0131ndan Hazar denizinin do\u011fusundan gelen O\u011fuzlar\u0131n, Hazar ka\u011fan\u0131n\u0131n ipek \u00e7ad\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde hakimiyetin ifadesi olarak bulunan alt\u0131n top (K\u0131z\u0131lelmay\u0131) ele ge\u00e7irmeyi \u00fclk\u00fc edinmi\u015fler.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buradan \u0130ran\u2019da h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcren T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131na, oradan da Osmanl\u0131lara ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrk devletinin Macaristan\u2019da bulunan K\u0131z\u0131lelmay\u0131 bulup ele ge\u00e7irmelerinden sonra fethetmek istedikleri yerlerde bir K\u0131z\u0131lelma&#8217;n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu u\u011furda m\u00fccadele etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. T\u00fcrkler, inand\u0131klar\u0131 Tek Tanr\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya hakimiyetini kendilerine ihsan etti\u011fine iman etmi\u015flerdi. Bunu Bilge Ka\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n; &#8220;Tanr\u0131 irade etti\u011fi i\u00e7in tahta oturdum; d\u00f6rt yandaki milletleri nizama soktum\u201d s\u00f6zlerinden de anlamaktay\u0131z. Yine Bilge Ka\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk iman\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle ifade edilmekteydi; T\u00fcrk Tanr\u0131s\u0131, milleti yok olmas\u0131n diye babam \u0130lter is Ka\u011fan&#8217;\u0131 ve anam il Bilge Hatun&#8217;u&nbsp;&nbsp; g\u00f6kten tutup y\u00fckseltmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;&nbsp; O\u011fuz Ka\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n do\u011fumundan itibaren ilahi bir nurla beslendi\u011fi tarihi ve efsanevi kaynaklarda yer almaktad\u0131r. O\u011fuz Ka\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n Tanr\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan il\u00e2h\u00ee kudretle te\u00e7hiz edilmesinin yan\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve rehberi de ayni kaynaktan beslenmi\u015ftir. G\u00f6kten indirilmi\u015f G\u00f6k-B\u00f6r\u00fc (Bozkurt) O\u011fuz\u2019un seferleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda&nbsp;ona&nbsp; k\u0131lavuzluk&nbsp; yapar. Bu ve buna benzer \u00e7e\u015fitli inan\u00e7lar, T\u00fcrklerin \u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul&nbsp;etmelerinden sonra da devam etmi\u015ftir.&nbsp; Kendilerini Tanr\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan&nbsp;d\u00fcnya nizamini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderildiklerine inanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.&nbsp; Zira T\u00fcrk insaninin m\u00fccadeleci ruhu ve cihan h\u00e2kimiyeti \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fc \u0130slami inan\u0131\u015fa da uygundu.&nbsp; \u0130slamiyet\u2019ten \u00f6nce kahramanlara verilen alp&#8217;lik unvan\u0131, \u0130slamiyet\u2019ten sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde alp-eren seklini al\u0131yor, b\u00f6yle hayat buluyordu. &#8220;Benim T\u00fcrk ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fim ve \u015farkta yerle\u015ftirdi\u011fim bir ordum vard\u0131r. Bir kavme gazland\u0131\u011f\u0131m zaman onlar\u0131 o kavmin \u00fczerine sald\u0131rt\u0131r\u0131m&#8221; mealindeki hadis-i kutsi, \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda&nbsp;T\u00fcrkler hakk\u0131nda s\u00f6ylenen rivayet ve kehanetlere \u00f6rnektir. Hz. Muhammed\u2019in; &#8220;Horasan&#8217;da&nbsp;Arap olmayan, g\u00fczel y\u00fczl\u00fc hakim bir insan zuhur edecek; onun adi da&nbsp;benimki gibi Muhammed olacak ve B\u00fcveyhilerin bask\u0131s\u0131na son verecektir. Horasan\u2019dan B\u00fcy\u00fck Dervazat&#8217;a&nbsp;kadar fetihler yapacak. Irak, \u0130ran ve Mekke hutbelerinde adi okunacakt\u0131r &#8221; mealindeki&nbsp;hadis ile &#8220;T\u00fcrkler size dokunmad\u0131k\u00e7a siz de onlara dokunmay\u0131n\u0131z&#8221; mealindeki hadisler b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda dilden dile yay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r, bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkler, gerek \u0130slamiyet\u2019ten \u00f6nceki G\u00f6k Tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131 zaman\u0131nda, gerek \u0130slami d\u00f6nemde kendilerinin Tanr\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyaya h\u00fckmetme ve adaleti sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in yarat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131na ve hayat felsefesinin bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ile \u015fekillenmesi gere\u011fine inanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.&nbsp; Eski d\u00f6nemlerden itibaren&nbsp;d\u00fcnya nizamini sa\u011flamak \u00fczere m\u00fccadele eden T\u00fcrk milleti, \u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul ederek maddi ve manev\u00ee y\u00f6nden bir y\u00fckseli\u015fe eri\u015fmi\u015flerdir.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130deallerini, kendilerinin d\u00fcnya&nbsp;nizamini sa\u011flama&nbsp;\u00fclk\u00fclerini&nbsp;bu iman&nbsp;kayna\u011f\u0131ndan beslemi\u015flerdir. Bu kaynak K\u0131z\u0131lelma&#8217;n\u0131n&nbsp;manevi y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc te\u015fkil eder. Tarih ilminin tespit etti\u011fi ve kendine mahsus ileri bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00f6rne\u011fi olan Bozk\u0131r k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, M.\u00d6. l500-l700 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda te\u015fekk\u00fcl eden ve yasayan \u00f6rnek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olarak bilinmektedir.&nbsp; Atin ehl\u00eele\u015ftirilmesi ve demirin ileri bir teknikle islenmesi bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fidir. M\u00fccadeleci bir yap\u0131ya sahip olan T\u00fcrk milleti, bunun gere\u011fi olarak ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde seyyar evler, hasta haneler ve e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 yap\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bu h\u00e2l onlar\u0131n kolay hareket etmelerine, mek\u00e2n de\u011fi\u015ftirmelerine imk\u00e2n sa\u011fl\u0131yordu. Bunun yan\u0131nda medeniyetin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc say\u0131lan&nbsp;giyinme, en pratik ve en kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 seviyededir. Madde ile ruh,&nbsp;mazi ile h\u00e2l&nbsp;ve muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131k ile ink\u0131lap\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, T\u00fcrk insaninin yap\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6yle kayna\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, bu kayna\u015fman\u0131n eseri, siyas\u00ee, i\u00e7tima\u00ee ve hukuk\u00ee nizam, T\u00fcrk devletlerinin ihti\u015fam\u0131nda belirerek y\u00fczy\u0131llarca yasam\u0131\u015f ve milletin yasamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu&nbsp;birle\u015fme, T\u00fcrk milletinin sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131 ile&nbsp;yak\u0131ndan ilgilidir.&nbsp; Sosyal yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ekirde\u011fi olan ailenin sa\u011flam olmas\u0131, bunun urug, boy, budun seklinde te\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131, buradan devletin&nbsp;dogmas\u0131na ve devlet kanal\u0131yla bir milletin ideallerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi sonucunu getirmektedir.&nbsp; Aile, urug, boy ve il (Devlet)in sa\u011flam te\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131&nbsp;bir yandan mill\u00ee ideallerin ve mefk\u00fbrelerin birli\u011fini sa\u011fl\u0131yor, bir yandan da T\u00fcrk ruhundaki dinamizm ve h\u00fcrriyet fikrinden olsa gerek, b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlerin kurulmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda par\u00e7alanmay\u0131 da beraberinde getiriyordu.&nbsp; Bu tarz kati devlet\u00e7ilik sekli, \u00e2deta kendi aras\u0131nda bir yar\u0131\u015fa zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131yor, T\u00fcrk\u00fcn K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019ya gitmesini daha da dinamik k\u0131l\u0131yordu. T\u00fcrk milletinin sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131, sosyal yap\u0131y\u0131 ayakta tutan madd\u00ee ve manev\u00ee dinamikler, onlar\u0131n K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019ya yol almalar\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmekteydi. Binlerce y\u0131ldan beri milletin \u015fuuralt\u0131na yerle\u015fen bu duygu, tarih\u00ee d\u00f6nemler itibariyle yeniden zuhur ediyor, yeniden millete hayat veriyordu.&nbsp; Onlar\u0131n hayata s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011flanmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve kendi dinamiklerini korumalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yordu.&nbsp; O\u011fuz Han&#8217;dan Alparslan T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019e kadar K\u0131z\u0131lelma \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fc&nbsp; T\u00fcrk milletinin var olma ve idare etme&nbsp; idealinin en \u00fcst seviyede olmas\u0131na i\u015faret say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u011fuz Ka\u011fan, h\u00e2kimiyetin sembol\u00fc olarak alt\u0131n evini kurar, alt\u0131n evin kurulmas\u0131ndan sonra sefere \u00e7\u0131kar. Bunlardan ilki Hint seferidir. Hint ve \u00c7in \u00fclkelerini topraklar\u0131na katan O\u011fuz Han\u2019\u0131n elde etmek istedi\u011fi Pekin K\u0131z\u0131lelmas\u0131&#8217;d\u0131r. Tarih\u00e7iler \u00c7in&#8217;in (Pekin) K\u0131z\u0131lelma olarak tel\u00e2kki edildi\u011fi konusunda ittifak etmi\u015flerdir. Karanl\u0131klar \u00fclkesi, \u00c7in ve Hint ile b\u00fct\u00fcn Orta Do\u011fu ve Kafkaslar\u0131 birle\u015ftiren ve burada h\u00e2kimiyet tesis eden O\u011fuz\u2019dan sonra Hunlar tarih sahnesine \u00e7\u0131karlar. Bat\u0131l\u0131lar\u0131n Tanr\u0131n\u0131n K\u0131l\u0131c\u0131 diye isimlendirdi\u011fi Atilla\u2019n\u0131n hedefi batidir. Ares K\u0131l\u0131c\u0131 olarak isimlendirilen d\u00fcnya h\u00e2kimiyetinin vas\u0131tas\u0131 olan k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, Atilla\u2019n\u0131n K\u0131z\u0131lelma olarak batiyi se\u00e7mesine vesile olmu\u015ftur. Abdalan-i Rum, alp eren \u015eeyh Edebali ve onun damatlar\u0131 Osman Gazi ile Dursun Fak\u0131&#8230;O\u011fuz\u2019un Anadolu&#8217;daki Korkut Atas\u0131d\u0131r. Osman Gazi&#8217;ye Sel\u00e7uklunun bitti\u011fini belirtir ve &#8220;Ona sultanl\u0131k veren Tanr\u0131 bana hanl\u0131k verdi. E\u011fer minneti su sancak ise ben kendi sanca\u011f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131m. E\u011fer o, ben Al-i Sel\u00e7uk\u2019um derse ben de G\u00f6k Alp (O\u011fuz Han) o\u011fluyum&#8221; dedirtir. Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrk Devleti bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler \u00fczerine kurulduktan sonra K\u0131z\u0131lelma denilen b\u00fcy\u00fck idealde a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m kazan\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n ilk K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019s\u0131, Anadolu&#8217;da beylikler d\u00f6nemine son verip T\u00fcrk birli\u011fini sa\u011flamak olmu\u015ftur. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli m\u00fccadelelere giri\u015fen Osmanl\u0131lar, karde\u015f katiline kadar varan b\u00fcy\u00fck fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klar g\u00f6stermekten \u00e7ekinmezler. Gerek i\u00e7 m\u00fccadeleler gerek Mo\u011fol istilas\u0131 bir yandan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar getirirken, bir yandan da b\u00fcy\u00fck ideallerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in dinamik bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olu\u015fturur.&nbsp; Sadece T\u00fcrk milleti i\u00e7in de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyadaki b\u00fct\u00fcn milletler i\u00e7in kavsak noktas\u0131 olarak bilinen ve kendine mahsus \u00f6zellikleri haiz olan \u0130stanbul, Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019s\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Hakk\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli rivayetlerin dilden dile dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul, Fatih Sultan Mehmet&#8217;in dahiyane idare ve ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc iradesiyle T\u00fcrklerin h\u00e2kimiyetine girer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hz. Muhammed\u2019in; &#8220;\u0130stanbul muhakkak fetih olunacakt\u0131r. Onu fetheden kumandan ne g\u00fczel kumandan ve onun askerleri ne g\u00fczel askerlerdir&#8221; hadisi ile m\u00fcjdelenen ideal, hayata ge\u00e7irilir.&nbsp; \u0130stanbul\u2019un fethine kadar anlat\u0131lan, ancak \u0130stanbul\u2019un fethi ile olgunla\u015fan K\u0131z\u0131lelma, T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya h\u00e2kim olma duygusunun bir ifadesi olarak hayata ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.&nbsp; Evliya \u00c7elebi, Hz. Muhammed\u2019in do\u011fumunda ate\u015f gedelerin s\u00f6nmesi ve Tak-i Kisra&#8217;nin s\u00fck\u00fbtu gibi harikul\u00e2de hadiseleri anlat\u0131rken Ayasofya kubbesiyle birlikte \u0130stanbul K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc zikretmektedir. \u0130stanbul\u2019un fethinden sonra T\u00fcrk milleti i\u00e7in K\u0131z\u0131lelma Roma\u2019ya, St. Pierre\u2019nin kubbesine tasn\u0131r. Buras\u0131 Katolik d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n kalbidir. T\u00fcrklerin hedefi art\u0131k Roma\u2019d\u0131r. Zira Fatih d\u00f6neminde yap\u0131lan Ortanda (\u0130talya) seferinin sebebi de budur. Roma K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir.&nbsp; Atilla&#8217;dan sonra Roma\u2019y\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrklerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck hedefleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.&nbsp; Bir efsane K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019n\u0131n Roma&#8217;ya ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131r ve T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fc Roma&#8217;ya ko\u015fturur. Efsaneye g\u00f6re, K\u0131z\u0131lelma, Da\u011f\u0131stan\u2019dan I. Anusirvan taraf\u0131ndan \u0130ran hazinesine konulmu\u015f, oradan da Roma&#8217;ya ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu anlat\u0131m tarih\u00ee kaynaklarda yer almaktad\u0131r. Bundan ba\u015fka \u00e7e\u015fitli mektup \u00f6rnekleri, elden ele dola\u015farak T\u00fcrkleri K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019ya (Roma) davet eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka K\u0131z\u0131lelma ise Macaristan\u2019d\u0131r. Azerbaycan sahas\u0131ndan Ahun zade Mirza Fethi Ali Bey&#8217;in yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131; dilde T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck me\u015falesi, \u0130stanbul\u2019dan e\u011fitim sahas\u0131nda S\u00fcleyman Pasa taraf\u0131ndan yak\u0131lmaya devam edilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp; Buharal\u0131 \u015eeyh S\u00fcleyman Efendi&#8217;nin \u0130stanbul\u2019a ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrk birli\u011fi fikri, Ahmet Mithat Efendi, Ahmet Cevdet Pasa, \u015eemseddin Sami, Necip Asim Bey ve Velet \u00c7elebi taraf\u0131ndan yasat\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonunda l898 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrk-Yunan savas\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck fikrinin daha s\u00fcratli kabul g\u00f6rmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00f6nemin ayd\u0131nlar\u0131, bir yandan Selanik&#8217;te Gen\u00e7 Kalemler hareketini ba\u015flat\u0131rken, bir yandan da \u0130stanbul\u2019da T\u00fcrk Derne\u011fini kuruyorlard\u0131.&nbsp; 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan bu derne\u011fi, ayni gayeleri takip eden T\u00fcrk Yurdu izliyordu (1911). T\u00fcrk milletinin tarihini, dilini, edebiyat\u0131n\u0131, etnolojisini, sosyal ve siyas\u00ee problemlerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve halletmek gayesini g\u00fcden bu derne\u011fin faaliyetleri kesintisiz olarak l933 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar devam edecektir. Emrullah Efendi, Bursal\u0131 Tahir, Ziya G\u00f6kalp, Tunal\u0131 Hilmi, Agao\u011flu Hikmet gibi \u015fahsiyetlerin omuzlar\u0131nda geli\u015fen T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck cereyan\u0131, 1900\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llar\u0131n&nbsp;&nbsp; ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren yan\u0131na siyas\u00ee ve asker\u00ee kesimlerden de destek almak suretiyle olgunluk kazand\u0131. Ziya G\u00f6kalp&#8217;in fikri birikimi, T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin merkezinde yer almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.&nbsp; 1920 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan T\u00fcrkiye Devleti, bu fikri birikimin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak tarihteki yerini ald\u0131. K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019n\u0131n Turan olarak \u015fekillendi\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve ilk safhas\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye Devleti kuruldu. Zira Turanc\u0131l\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famal\u0131 bir fikir sistemi olarak ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar s\u0131ras\u0131yla, T\u00fcrkiyecilik, O\u011fuzculuk (T\u00fcrkmencilik) ve Turan (T\u00fcrk Birli\u011fi)dir.&nbsp; Turan Devleti fikrinin savunucular\u0131ndan biri olan \u00d6mer Seyfettin, devletin y\u00f6netim sekli olarak ilhanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 teklif eder.&nbsp; Ayni fikrin sonraki temsilcilerinden biri olan Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek\u2019le, B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu Devleti olarak isimlendirilir. 1920\u2019de tamamen T\u00fcrk mill\u00ee d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi \u00fczerine kurulan yeni T\u00fcrkiye Devleti, ikinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na kadar bu temel felsefe \u00fczerinde hayatiyet bulur. 1940&#8217;li y\u0131llarda \u0130yici filizlenen bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, d\u00f6neminde bir\u00e7ok \u015fahsiyetin yeti\u015fmesine ve fikrin yay\u0131lmas\u0131na vesile olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019n\u0131n T\u00fcrk milletinin manev\u00ee besini oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek bunu Turan fikri ile kuvvetlendiren Nihal Ats\u0131z ve 1960&#8217;li y\u0131llardan itibaren K\u0131z\u0131lelma, Turan fikrini T\u00fcrk politik \u00e7evrelerine ta\u015f\u0131yan ve doktiriner bir \u00e7ehresi olan Alparslan T\u00fcrke\u015f. Mill\u00ee devlet-g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc iktidar slogan\u0131yla kitlelere aktar\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin ilk safhas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir T\u00fcrkiye Devleti idealidir.&nbsp; Tamamen ink\u0131lap\u00e7\u0131 bir ruha sahip olan siyas\u00ee g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, Dokuz I\u015f\u0131k doktrini ile g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve bulundu\u011fu konumda \u00e7evresinin g\u00fc\u00e7 oda\u011f\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye Devleti&#8217;ni ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek gayretindedir. Nitekim y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n son \u00e7eyre\u011finde d\u00fcnyada olan geli\u015fmeler bu fikr\u00ee ve siyas\u00ee g\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcn hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ispat etmektedir. Mill\u00ee \u00fclk\u00fc olan K\u0131z\u0131lelma, T\u00fcrk birli\u011finin, yani Turan\u2019\u0131n tesisidir.&nbsp; Bunun birinci d\u00f6nemi ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, ikinci d\u00f6nemi birlik, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00f6nemi ise fetihler d\u00f6nemidir. Buradan hareketle denilebilir ki, tarih\u00ee d\u00f6nemlerden itibaren tecr\u00fcbelerle sabit olan T\u00fcrk birli\u011fi fikri, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yeniden hayat bulmu\u015ftur.&nbsp; \u00d6zellikle yetmi\u015f y\u0131l\u0131 ask\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir Rus egemenli\u011finde yasayan T\u00fcrk gruplar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z devletler olarak d\u00fcnya devletleri i\u00e7inde yer almalar\u0131, ba\u015fka T\u00fcrk gruplar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fimdilik federasyon yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde y\u00e2ri ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmalar\u0131 ile basta T\u00fcrkiye ile olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrk devlet ve topluluklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ba\u015flayan is birli\u011fi, T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn K\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019s\u0131 olan Turan&#8217;a giden bir yol olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken hedef, mefk\u00fbre olarak an\u0131lan K\u0131z\u0131lelma, zaman zaman co\u011frafi yerlere isim olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Bu yer veya var\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekli co\u011frafyalar Macaristan, \u0130stanbul, Roma, Engir\u00fcs, Viyana gibi beldeler olmu\u015ftur. Ancak sadece co\u011frafi yer, ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, fethedilmesi gerekli belde olmaktan \u00e7ok, K\u0131z\u0131lelma, T\u00fcrk milletinin hedefi olarak zihinlerde yer etmi\u015ftir. Zaman zaman bir devlet olma ideali olan K\u0131z\u0131lelma, \u00e7o\u011fu kez T\u00fcrk birli\u011fi idealinin ismi olmu\u015ftur. Bug\u00fcn de T\u00fcrk milletinin birlesem ideali, Turan Devlet fikri olarak yasamaktad\u0131r.
