Babas\u0131n\u0131n memuriyeti dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, ilk ve ortaokulu Samsun`da bitirdikten sonra, hayli kalabal\u0131k olan ailesine k\u0131sa zamanda maddi yard\u0131m yapabilmek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle \u00f6\u011fretmen okuluna ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n1969-1970 d\u00f6neminde Per\u015fembe \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim Okulundan mezun oldu. Okul s\u00fcresi boyunca k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 okuyup yazlar\u0131 ren\u00e7berlik yapan bir \u00f6\u011frenci idi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u0130lk g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 okul, ailesinin bulundu\u011fu Samsun`da Karaoyumca k\u00f6y\u00fcndeki ilkokuldur. Bir y\u0131ll\u0131k stajyerlik s\u00fcresinden sonra, yine Samsun`da Devgeri\u015f k\u00f6y\u00fcne tayin ol du. 1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda yine ayn\u0131 k\u00f6yde stajyerlik yapmakta olan ve ona \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca en b\u00fcy\u00fck deste\u011fi veren S\u00fcheyl\u00e2 han\u0131mla evlendi. Devgeri\u015f k\u00f6y\u00fcnde be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlik, d\u00f6rt y\u0131l\u0131 ise okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmak \u00fczere dokuz y\u0131l hizmet vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u0130nan\u00e7lar\u0131ndan ve prensiplerinden asla taviz vermeyen bir ki\u015fili\u011fe sahip olan Ozan Arif, o devrin y\u00f6neticilerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bask\u0131s\u0131 ile, maalesef 1979 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011finden ayr\u0131lmak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fini \u015fok seven Ozan Arif`in \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131 l\u0131 takdirnamelerle dolu meslek hayat\u0131na ra\u011fmen, o g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir tercihi de kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDerken, 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980 olaylar\u0131yla birlikte, inanan, milli ve manevi de\u011ferlerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kan, memleketin, milletin bekas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bir \u00e7ok vatansever insan gibi yanl\u0131\u015f de\u011ferlendirilmekten \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duyan Ozan Arif, ailesini, \u00e7ocu\u011funu ve hepsinden \u00f6nemlisi, \u00f6z vatan\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye`yi geride b\u0131rakarak, 24 Eyl\u00fcl 1980 tarihinde Almanya`ya gitti. Onbir y\u0131ll\u0131k ac\u0131 bir ayr\u0131l\u0131ktan sonra, 5 Kas\u0131m 1991`de nihayet memleketine ve vatan\u0131na geri d\u00f6nmesi nasip oldu. Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda, d\u00fcnyada nerede bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk insan\u0131 varsa onu gidip bularak, milli heyecan\u0131n filizlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015f ve \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha \u00e7ocuk ya\u015flarda iken Kerem ile Asl\u0131`y\u0131, Leyla`ile Mecnun`u, Karacao\u011flan`\u0131, K\u00f6ro\u011flu`nu, Dadalo\u011flunu, Yunus`u ve daha nicelerini okuyarak a\u015fk c\u00f6nklerini ezberleyen Ozan Arif, Karadeniz`de, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6rede hayli yayg\u0131n olan irticalen T\u00fcrk\u00fc s\u00f6yleme sanat\u0131 sayesinde \u00e7ok me\u015fhur oldu. Hatta eskiden destan sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n Ozan Arif`e destanlar yazd\u0131r\u0131p, daha sonra bunlar\u0131 bast\u0131rarak da\u011f\u0131tmalar\u0131 sebebiyle, y\u00f6rede ismi \u00e7ok duyulan bir a\u015f\u0131k olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u0130lk olarak ortaokul ikinci s\u0131n\u0131fta sesine a\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011fu ba\u011flama ile tan\u0131\u015fan ve hayli dar olan aile b\u00fct\u00e7esinden biriktirdi\u011fi har\u00e7l\u0131klarla, 1964`te \u0130stanbul`da bulunan \u015eemsi Yas\u0131tman saz evinden 15 liraya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ba\u011flama<\/strong> ile ses ve saz d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine giren Ozan Arif, o g\u00fcn bug\u00fcnd\u00fcr hi\u00e7 susmadan ve hak bildi\u011fi yoldan taviz vermeden g\u00f6n\u00fcl dostlar\u0131na seslenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00d6D\u00dcLLER\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nG\u00fczel sanatlara yetene\u011fi, \u015fiire ilgisi ve \u00f6zellikle \u015fairli\u011fe olan kabiliyetinden dolay\u0131 okul \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131nda \u015fiir ve resim dallar\u0131nda birincilikler ve \u00f6d\u00fcller almaya ba\u015flayan Ozan Arif`in ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 hayat\u0131n\u0131n ileriki y\u0131llar\u0131nda y\u00f6resel s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131p T\u00fcrkiye genelinde de devam etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBir\u00e7ok \u015fiir ve Halk Edebiyat\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6steren Ozan Arif`in T\u00fcrk Halk Edebiyat\u0131`n\u0131n \u015fiir, at\u0131\u015fma, muamma, irticalen \u015fiir s\u00f6yleme, lebde\u011fmez (dudakde\u011fmez), g\u00fczelleme ve di\u011fer dallar\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli tarihlerde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye birincilikleri, sertifikalar ve \u00f6d\u00fcller vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda Konya`da T\u00fcrkiye A\u015f\u0131klar Bayram\u0131`nda de\u011fi\u015fik y\u0131llarda, de\u011fi\u015fik dallarda birincilikler elde eden Ozan Arif, yine Konya A\u015f\u0131klar Bayram\u0131`nda 1976, 1977 ve 1978 y\u0131llar\u0131nda her dalda alt\u0131n madalya kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\nLakin kendisi onun i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle ifade ediyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u201c\u2026ortaokul \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131nda \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fta bu sevdaya g\u00f6n\u00fcl vermi\u015fim. O ya\u015flardan beri verdi\u011fim m\u00fccadelenin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, tertemiz y\u00fcreklerde sevgi saraylar\u0131 kurarak ald\u0131m. \u00dclk\u00fcda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131n sevgi ve muhabbetinden daha b\u00fcy\u00fck be\u015feri \u00f6d\u00fcl olamaz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00d6zellikle milliyet\u00e7i kesimin son derece be\u011fendi\u011fi, o kesimin tutkuyla dinledi\u011fi g\u00fcr sesli ozand\u0131r. S\u00f6yledi\u011fi t\u00fcrk\u00fcler ak\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00fclerinde T\u00fcrk Milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi vurgusunu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirten \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fc ozand\u0131r. \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc camiada Mustafa Y\u0131ld\u0131zdo\u011fan, Ahmet \u015eafak, Ali K\u0131n\u0131k ve Atilla Y\u0131lmaz ile birlikte en bilinen simalardand\u0131r. Ozan Arif 13 \u015eubat 2019 tarihinde tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Samsun Ondokuz May\u0131s \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Hastanesinde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti. Cenazesi Samsun\u2019da topra\u011fa verildi. Mezar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Samsun ili, \u0130lkad\u0131m il\u00e7esindeki K\u0131rank\u00f6y Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda<\/strong> bulunmaktad\u0131r.
